Kids can participate in the Junior Explorer Program anytime during their stay. Just pick up a book at check-in and start exploring right away.
The program is designed for kids and teens of all ages. Younger children may need a little help from parents, while older kids can complete activities on their own.
You can pick up a Junior Explorer Book at the campground office during check-in.
There’s no set time — kids can complete the activities at their own pace during their stay. Some may finish in a day, while others enjoy working on it throughout their visit.
Activities may include geocaching, nature discovery, wildlife spotting, and other fun challenges designed to encourage outdoor exploration.
Once the book is completed, kids can return it to the office to receive an official Junior Explorer reward — a fun keepsake from their camping adventure.
